  This is my first visit to this store. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from "David". He was a tremendous help and was very knowledgeable. He was very personable and took time to actually talk to me. He was thorough when explaining things and answered all the questions I had. I went in for a technical issue with my old phone and was hoping I could get someone to help me with it to "make-do" until I could upgrade. I was told by the online "chat" that I could not upgrade at this time. David helped me with the upgrade/purchase of a new phone that I am thrilled with! I also purchased a case and screen for it. He took care of everything! He installed my case and screen and even set my phone up for me! I had nothing to do but walk out and start using it! I will definitely be using this store again and I pray David will still be working there if and when I do!
